These terms cover how we quote, service, charge and warranty AC work booked with AC Service Ahmedabad. By booking, you agree to them.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern the AC repair, servicing, gas refilling, installation and related work provided by AC Service Ahmedabad, operated by Vipul Jaganiya, Ganesh Glory 11, SG Highway, Jagatpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481. Booking our service by phone, WhatsApp, email or our website means you accept these terms.

2. Bookings and scheduling

  • Service slots are confirmed by call or WhatsApp and subject to technician availability.
  • Same-day service is offered where possible but is not guaranteed, especially during peak summer.
  • Please ensure safe access to the AC unit and an adult is present during the visit.

3. Quotes and pricing

  • Starting prices shown (for example, repair from \u20b9299 and general service \u20b9499) are indicative. The exact price depends on the AC type, fault and parts required.
  • A fixed price or price range is shared and approved by you before any chargeable work begins.
  • If additional faults are found during the visit, we will inform you and seek approval before proceeding.
  • Spare parts, refrigerant gas and additional materials are charged in addition to labour where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking. AMC plans are billed as per the selected plan.

5. Warranty

  • Eligible repairs and gas jobs carry a written service warranty for a stated period.
  • If the same fault recurs within the warranty window, we will re-fix it free of charge.
  • The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, physical damage, power issues, water ingress, rodent damage, or problems caused by tampering or third-party work after our visit.
  • Parts may also carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, which applies separately.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the AC and the fault.
  • Disclose any prior repairs or known issues with the unit.
  • Keep the area around the indoor and outdoor units accessible for the technician.

7. Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a booking by informing us in advance. A visit or diagnosis charge may apply where a technician has already been dispatched to your location.

8. Limitation of liability

We carry out work with due care using genuine or OEM-grade parts. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, the natural end-of-life of old components, or indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Brand names

Brand names such as Voltas, LG, Samsung, Daikin, Hitachi, Blue Star and others are the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate the units we service. We are an independent service provider and are not an authorised dealer of these brands unless expressly stated.

10. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its updated date.
